COVID-19 Safety Protocols

COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS 

• Outdoor events -90% of our programming will be held outdoors – Capital Connection, all meals, lunches and networking
• Breakout Sessions and Deal Source meetings to be held indoors with socioal distanced tables
• All food stations will follow COVID food safety protocols (pick up and go, served by the hotel/or professional food handler or food trucks)
• Hand sanitation stations placed throughout event as well as free masks
• The Beverly Hilton hotel has implemented a high degree of care in maintaining a sanitary environment and disinfecting of high-touch areas
•  Max capacity will be implemented for the event – registration will close once the number has been reached 

We kindly ask that if you experience any type of cold, flu or fever symptoms prior to the Conference, that you err on the side of caution and do not attend the event.
