COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Due to the Covid-19 Delta variant’s recent surge in several states, the ACG LA Business Conference has reinforced its efforts to ensure conference attendees are safe and at ease as we gather in-person after 2 years (how time flies!). Your health and safety is our primary concern and we are highly committed to hosting a safe and productive event for all attendees. If for any reason, you do not feel safe attending our event on November 2-3, 2021 and you have already registered, we are honoring full refunds through Friday, September 24. In the event the CDC, State or City issue any type of shutdown restriction, we will issue full refunds post September 24 or offer to roll over to 2022.


All participants will be required to provide proof of vaccination OR negative COVID testing on-site (privately and away from all attendees).

  • Attendees will wear color-coded badge stickers that signal social contact comfort level
    • Blue – handshakes OK
    • Yellow – fist pump
    • Red – verbal greeting / no touch greeting 
  • Outdoor events -90% of our programming will be held outdoors – Capital Connection, all meals, lunches and networking
  • Breakout Sessions and Deal Source meetings to be held indoors with temperature checks, masks AND social distanced tables
  • All food stations will follow COVID food safety protocols (pick up and go, served by the hotel/or professional food handler or food trucks)
  • Hand sanitation stations placed throughout event as well as free masks and temperature checks
  • 100% touchless registration, check-in and other typical handout materials will be via scan code
  • All attendees will have a scan QR code on badge that will serve as business card
  • Signage with scan codes throughout the event and color-coding guides
  • The Beverly Hilton hotel has implemented a high degree of care in maintaining a sanitary environment and disinfecting of high-touch areas
  •  Max capacity will be implemented for the event – registration will close once the number has been reached 

We kindly ask that if you experience any type of cold, flu or fever symptoms prior to the Conference, that you err on the side of caution and do not attend the event.
